Black Ugly Rasta Looter Group
Looters are a faction in E.Y.Ǝ: Divine Cybermancy. They're characterized by their militia outfits, weird dialogue and overall strange attitudes. Most of this could be explained by, or at the very least goes hand-in-hand, with the fact that most looters are not mentally stable. This is usually attributed to heavy drug use. Looters have been known to have a special hate for Federal troops, as they are seen as fascist pigs by the majority of Looters; well those not drugged up enough to hate the system.
Looters are typically hostile to all other factions. Looters are usually not well armoured, if at all, and tend to be armed with less powerful weapons than other factions.
