There are several implants that affect statistics or abilities in E.Y.E. There are a total of 7 active implants that can be bought, all of which grant unique abilities. All of these implants require the expenditure of energy to turn on and remain active. The energy cost for each implant can be lowered by raising the associated CyberTech part.

EYE vision - Grants night vision that highlights augmented enemies and darkens non-augmented

Cyber Cloak - Grants the ability to cloak

Sound Triangulator - Allows the ability to see sound sources

Power conversion - Changes a portion of health into energy

Targeting System - Allows for perfect accuracy with all weaponry

Dermal Sheath - Gives an increase to armor

Sensitive Wave - Allows the ability to see through walls
